| | Barrett & partners chartered accountants & business advisers, requires the services of an experienced IT manager. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the firms supporting infrastructure |
| | 2) Oversee the administration and maintenance of the firm’s infrastructure, and direct more junior innovators when necessary |
| | 3) Oversees the administration of the firms IT network |
| | 4) Oversees all telephone changes including routing for seating assignments |
| | 5) Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for the relevant training programs and provides additional support when necessary |
| | 6) Oversees troubleshooting systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary |
| | 7) Works with project teams to help implement Internal systems. |
| | Interested applicant must have the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Responds to escalated help desk issues; Oversees the administration and maintenance of the firm’s software; Interacts on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner; |
| | Builds and maintain vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products |
| | - Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies; Ensures that firm’s assets are maintained responsibly; Manages and develops upgrades to the firm’s telephone system. |
