• Perform secretarial duties for Ambassador and the Embassy

• Draft official documents, letters, speeches, etc. and translate documents when necessary

• Assist the Embassy in its administrative work concerning public relations and cultural exchange programs and assist in the organization of related events

• Assist with other Embassy duties as required

 

Selection Criteria:

Qualifications:
• A Citizen of Vanuatu or permit holder who has the necessary clearance to live and work in Vanuatu
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Bislama with excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word/Excel etc). French is an advantage.
• Must be able to communicate well in both written and spoken.
• Proactive, diligent and a team player with interpersonal skills.
• Clean police record and clean driver's license.
Education and Experiences:
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proven work experience in the above responsibilities will be highly considered.
