This role encompasses a variety of facets within finance, and other departments supporting the Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu. Support the delivery of superior financial performance of the hotels and provide proactive business support to key stakeholders of the businesses. Manage the cover of vacancies & leave periods for on-property Finance & Business Support colleagues. Assist in improving processes within the Finance department and around the Resort.
Selection Criteria:
Bachelor's degree preferred in a commercial or hospitality subject matter. Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and taxation. Candidate needs to have a solid financial analysis skills and knowledge of Labour Act and other regulations related to remuneration of the work force. Candidate will be a good team player, be supported by excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively.
