VFHA is advertising the position of a logistics officer. The position is for a three years renewable contract position. The Logistics Officer Reports to the Administration Officer (ED).

Below are the duties of the position:

1) Monitoring stocks of basic items, for example stationery, paper, toner etc.

2) Ordering stationery, periodicals, books, equipment and other items

3) Arranging travel and hotel accommodation on a frequent basis

4) Assist other staff with travel logistics and reservations

5) Deliver & receive mails & parcels on behave of VFHA

6) Liaising with suppliers on required services

7) Liaise with the Central Medical Store / pharmacy to order and manage

8) Contraceptives and other drugs supplies

9)To assist with the organization of conferences, seminars and other events

10) Assist the finance officer with petty cash receipts reconciliations

11) Assist the reception in proper receipting & compilation of clinic data

12)Do other task as allocated by immediate supervisor.
