Job Desctiption:
GENERAL MANAGER - Boutique Resort & Restaurant
Requirements and duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Secure the maximum in revenues and guest satisfaction
- Practice inspiring leadership skills
- Ensure that all departments of the resort are operating effectively.
- Establish clear performance goals
- Ensure that guests are offered a premium, reliable and consistent experience
- Oversee and control all stocktaking
- Interacting with customers, creating a personalized environment within the resort
- Develop and maintain a culture of excellent service standards
- Ensure a good working relationship with all employees
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications:
- Ambition, talent and key commercial skills
- Proven experience in hospitality and management, preferably as GM or number 2.
- Excellent communication in English language ( basic knowledge of French would be an
advantage)
- Strong leadership skills are essential
Salary:
Negotiable. Subject to qualification.
