Organisation Description: 

RICOH VANUATU is the NAMBAWAN provider of digital business solutions in Vanuatu, including printers, photocopiers, audio-visual collaboration systems, and digital document management systems

 

Job Desctiption:

Our operations team handles our day-to-day administration and customer service requirements.

This job will include the following tasks:

Receipting and banking
Invoices and purchase orders
Inventory management
Data entry

 

Selection Criteria:

Good verbal and written English.

A background in accounting or administration (Diploma in Business or higher) and some practical knowledge of business processes.

Good computer skills and typing speed, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Experience MYOB or Xero is very useful.

Experience with Salesforce is also useful, but not required.

If you can drive and have a drivers licence it is a bonus.
