Job Desctiption:
Works with the Human Resource Manager to Coordinate trainings.
Assist the Human Resources Office in induction, training and development of colleagues.
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrate ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.
Have 2 to 3 years experience in the same field.
