Job Desctiption:
As a Leisure Manager, you are responsible to overseer the department of Spa, Kids Club and Sports Hut. You will manage the day to day operations to ensure that the established quality and guest service standards and departmental revenue and targets are achieved.
Selection Criteria:
Have good computer and communication skills.
Have great customer service skills.
Able to handle guests complaints and special requests.
Able to work weekends and holidays is a must.
