HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER for Boutique Resort.
The ideal candidate is an experienced and intelligent hotel professional with superior management skills, integrity and extensive hands-on experience. Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the resort, to day-to-day staff management and guests. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction.
Responsible for managing the resort's staff and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience.
Selection Criteria:
The position requires proven experience/qualifications in resort management.
Excellent English (French would be an advantage), communication- and leadership skills, clean and tidy appearance.
