Rental of Apartments, Villas and Houses
Job Desctiption:
The Property Manager ensures that all rental apartments are kept at an excellent, presentable standard at all times.
He/she supervises housekeeping- and maintenance staff.
He/she ensures that rental- & electricity invoices are sent out on time and controls payments.
Basic book keeping required.
Integrity, honesty and reliability are mandatory for this position.
Flexible work hours.
Accommodation could be provided.
Selection Criteria:
Excellent communication skills in English language. Knowledge of French an advantage.
Very good supervising skills. Clean and tidy appearance.
