Wan Smolbag Theatre is a fast paced and dynamic organization with 130 staff across its three centers in Port Vila, Luganville and Pentecost. WSB has youth programs, health programs, sports, film, theatre, and environmental programs.

The Role
WSB is looking for a suitable person to join its management team.
The position entails:
- Supporting and improving Human Resources Management.
- Managing repair and maintenance of WSB buildings and other WSB facilities.
- Involvement in various community projects in Port Vila, Santo, and Pentecost.
- Financial management with focus on narrative and reporting.

Selection Criteria:
Qualification and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Human Resources and Management is preferable.
- Has 3-4 years' experience in a management position.
- Knowledgeable in strategic management, project management and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability in budget planning, monitoring, problem solving, and financial reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Both verbal and written).
- Ability to work with less supervision.
Salary:
Negotiable and dependent on Experience
