Three Pigs will be opening in Port Vila Vanuatu in the new year. It is located at Nasama Resort just before the popular surfing spot at Pango Beach.
It has been tailor made to be the ideal venue for casual, affordable get togethers after work, Friday night hangs or weekend chillout sessions.
The semi-industrial design provides a funky setting with colourful murals, swing seating, communal tables and an ambient open-air beer garden out the back.
On the menu is traditional Neapolitan wood-fired Italian pizza, modern age Mexican food and craft burgers all cooked in our open kitchen.
Our bar offers enticing cocktails and beers and will be a great place to watch a local band.
Job Desctiption:
We are looking for a Head Chef from the to join our new upcoming restaurant specialising in craft burgers, Neapolitan Italian Pizza and Mexican food. The successful chef will be able to take control in organising the kitchen in terms of food preparation, cleaning, cooking, plating and ordering of stock.
Selection Criteria:
• Fluent in English
• Proven working experience as a Chef in a resort or restaurant.
• Excellent record of kitchen management.
• Able to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
• Qualifications in professional cookery or culinary arts preferred.
• Driver's license preferred
