Youth Challenge Vanuatu is currently seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to undertake the following position mentioned.
This position will faithfully serve YCV as its Employment Officer. You will have the responsibility for ensuring all the employment related activities of the YCV Ready for Work and Future Leaders programs are carried out and you will report directly to the Program Manager. At all times you shall devote your whole time, attention, and energies to the Employment Officer roles and responsibility with your utmost ability.

Criteria
Essential
- Secondary School Diploma
- Experience training and working with youth
- Ability to manage program budget and ensure financial procedures and policies are followed
- Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in the use of Ms Word and Excel software
Demonstrated strong
time management, organizational and communication skills
- Able to communicate in English and Bislama. French would be an advantage
Desirable
- Able to work on program monitoring and evaluation
- Able to develop narrative reports and program plans.
