We are looking for an
experienced Breakfast Cook in our expanding Resort.
Must have at least 3 years experience in a busy kitchen making breakfasts, baking Bread and preparing Sweets and pastries. Must be neat & tidy and understand food hygiene practices. We are offering long term permanent employment working morning shift starting at 6am and working minimum of 5 days per week. All applicants must speak English. |

an experienced Restaurant Wait Person in our expanding Resort.
Ideally with at least 2 years similar experience working in a busy Restaurant Dining Room and with experience working behind the Bar. You should be well presented with excellent communication skills, be quick on your feet and be able to serve guests efficiently, professionally and with a happy disposition. Must be available to work weekends and public holidays and be a team player. We are offering long term, permanent employment working afternoon shifts starting at 12:00pm. We are looking for an
energetic Restaurant Duty Manager experienced in working in a busy fast paced
environment for our very successful and busy restaurant.

Selection Criteria
|
Candidates should possess
the following skills and be able to execute the following duties under the
direction of the F&B Manager:
o Able to work shifts including nights, weekends and Public Holidays o Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager with strong leadership, motivational and people skills o Possess food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff o Familiar with a restaurant POS system o Able to supervise restaurant staff and operations during scheduled shifts o Able to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity o Ensure restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences o Lead by example and motivate staff to provide superior food and beverage service to maximise customer satisfaction o Respond efficiently and satisfactorily to customer complaints o Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to F&B Manager to improve productivity o Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products o Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations o Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it o Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste o Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices. |
