Freshwater Plantation is seeking applications from enthusiastic professional bartender/waiter to provide
an excellent guest experience. We are a family oriented day tour operator and
restaurant so most shifts are day time.
Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a bartender &
waiter
- Experience using computerized point of sale system (preferred)
- Experience using EFTPOS for credit card transactions (preferred)
- Experience dealing with other currencies (preferred)
- Excellent English. French preferred but not necessary
- Important: Outgoing, happy personality
- Important: Enthusiastic and fun interaction with customers
- Set tables, take meal orders, serve meals and drinks
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving cocktails
- Keep the bar organized and clean
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
