Holdings Ltd is seeking to employ a Property Operations Supervisor.
Duties will include:
- Supervising the cleaning and
maintenance staff to ensure that our Apartments, Studios and Houses are kept at
a high standard
- To ensure property inventories are
accurate and make changes as necessary
- Liaise with Private and Public
Organizations to ensure vacant properties are rented quickly
- Be responsible for Entry and Exit
Inspections on properties for new and existing tenants.
Criteria:
- The successful applicant should have
good communication skills, an eye for detail, be responsible and trustworthy
- Previous experience would be
desirable but not necessary
- Must have knowledge on Microsoft
Office soft wares, WORD and EXCEL
- A
Current Drivers License is essential to this position.
