A vacancy exists for a Senior Financial Markets Dealer within the BSP
Vanuatu, Markets.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Banking, the successful
applicant must demonstrate a high standard of professional support to the
Markets business in Vanuatu.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensure Vanuatu Treasury achieves Trading Income Plan
- Improve efficiency
& processes of Treasury function
- Ensure Treasury
Reports & bids are conducted accurately in a timely manner
- Compliance with BSP
Treasury Code of Conduct
- Daily and strategic
liquidity management (including compliance management)
- Ensure no breaches
to BSP's Compliance policies
- Providing full
cover on FX desk and Treasury functions.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Commercial sales and/or customer service
- Establishing and developing relationships with customers
- Sound Judgement
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Initiative, drive, self-management and achievement orientation
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills
- Driver's license is desirable.

Salary will commensurate with skills and experience of the successful candidate.
