Vanuatu Steel Company Limited is seeking to recruit a suitable person for the position above.
Responsibilities include:
- Marketing flat rolled coated coil products to new business prospects
- Providing quotes to customers and securing orders, and maintaining and
improving current customer relationships
- Reviewing and negotiating settlement of claims/collections for assigned
businesses
- Monitors customer credit limits and inventory levels
- Be able to monitor company accounts and adjustments with VAT monitoring
- Coordinates logistic issues by communicating with suppliers, manufacturers, and
customers to fulfill requests
- Reviews related documentation to ensure compliance with import/export
regulations
- Works with staff members engaged in providing sales/client support, i.e.
invoices, purchase orders and import/export documentation and monitoring credit
limits
- Some travel required.
Criteria:
- Qualified candidates will have 7 years of relevant experience
- Steel experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, detail orientation and computer literacy
- Must be able to speak Bislama
