Job Description:
The Lope Lope Lodge is currently seeking a strong leader with a passion for food.

Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Menu design and costing
  • Food preparation and presentation meets agreed standards 
  • Team development, training and co-ordination 
  • Cost control 
  • Implementation and development of food safety programs
  • Stock procurement 
  • Management of supplier relationships
  • Role reports directly to the General Manager.
Criteria:
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage, train and develop talent
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion and ability to drive and motivate the kitchen team.
French and Bislama language a plus.
