Position Summary

This position provides executive level support and administrative services at the direction of the Country Manager and/or Operations Supervisor in the areas of corporate services. The Corporate Administration Officer could deliver services in the fields of human resources, marketing and branding, project coordination, ICT support or EMIS coordination as required within the campaus.

The work completed by this position will include higher order administrative activity that will be performed with minimal supervision and direction. It will require confidentiality, reliability and a capacity to perform multiple task simultaneously and in a timely fashion. This positon at times provide a leadership and supervisory function to other administration staff.

The successful candidate will be required to:


- To provide proactive executive support and a comprehensive range of adminisitrative services to the Country Manager

- To coordinate and/or perform a range of campus based adminstrative services that supports effective and efficient implementation of APTC initiatives including human resource and marketing activities, ICT support,

MIS coordination and systems and processes suport, at the direction of the Country Manager and/or the Operations Supervisor

- To maintain an exemplary level of customer services both internally (all APTC staff) and externally (AusAID, APTC students, industry clients, other training providers and community) ensuring the positive promotion of


- Qualification in or progress towards, Business Administration, Management and/or

- Extensive experience in a senor administrative role, preferable in an educational environment.
