| | Applications are invited for the position of Human Resource Administration Support Officer with Air Vanuatu (Operations) Limited. The position will be based at Air Vanuatu House, Port Vila, Vanuatu. |

| | The position will report directly to the Manager Human Resources. |
| | |
| | Key duties and responsibilities shall include: |
| | 1) Provide administration support services with overall responsibility of assisting the HR administration manager in the administration of human resources of the airline including project staff |
| | 2) Translating the organisation strategy and goals into an HR strategy and providing leadership for HR management related learning and development |
| | 3) Developing and implementing strategies in alignment with organizational goals |
| | 4) Managing general HR practices such has recruitment, staffing, performance management system, staff orientation, development and training, compensation and benefits administration |
| | 5) Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, welfare employees services and counceling |
| | 6) Ensuring proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents |
| | 7) Managing labour law and other regulatory policy compliances |
| | 8) Managing and coordinating organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceeding |
| | 9) Managing general administration matters. |

| | Applicants shall be required to demonstrate the following competencies and skills: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Diploma or certificate in business administration; At least 5 years of experience in administration services |
| | - An understanding of human resource policies, procedures and processes; Proficiency in the application of standardised procedures, practices, Acts, regulations |
| | - An understanding of the functions of the organisational development along with an appreciation of the goals of the wider organisation |
| | - Knowledge of human resource and payroll modules; An understanding of human resource practices related to equal employment opportunity and employee training and development |
| | - Proficiency in the use of microsoft office. |
