| | Based in Port Vila, this role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer/Director of the TTSPH Group based in Brisbane, Australia. |

| | Duties and Responsibilities: |
| | 1) All aspects of managing a multi-franchised dealership encompassing sales, service, parts, panel and tyre & batteries |
| | 2) Increasing profitability and market shares |
| | 3) Business expansion through the identification and development of new business opportunities |
| | 4) Promoting a progressive professional image and enhancing the presence of the company in the community |
| | 5) Leading and developing the management team and ensuring a proactive emphasis is given to the training and development of all employees |
| | 6) Preparing and presenting budgets and ensuring that detailed management reports are produced on a regular basis. |
| | Preferred applicant will have the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - At least 5-10 years general management dealership experience; A tertiary business degree; Excellent leadership, administration and communication skills |
| | - Computer literacy with MS office suite skills; A hands-on approach on management and the development of staff |
| | - An understanding of the cultural sensitivity of the people, country and customers; High levels of numeracy, strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve. |
