Wilco Hardware is seeking to recruit a suitable person for the position of General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Planning administration

2) HR management

3) Marketing and PR

4) Financial management

5) Production/quality control

6) Administrative management

Interested applicant must possess the following:


- A minimum of 5 years experience in business management, planning and financial oversight; A minimum of 5 years experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation and

benefits administration; A minimum of 5 years experience working with a board of directors and committees

- College graduate or equivalent experience; Proven skills in business and financial management; Demonstrated ability to work in a proactive and inclusive organization; Excellent, proven

interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff team; Effective problem-solving and mediation skills; Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others; Proficiency with office

computer equipment and software

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in fast paced office setting; Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations.
