| | The Vanuatu Agriculture Development Bank requires a Deputy General Manager to implement the efficient operations through the finance and administration operations of the bank. | | Managing all resources of the bank for efficient and effective delivery of bank services which requires a high degree of competence in the management of finance and business administration, risk and compliance, a high level of service delivery to internal/external customers, effective communication, quality standards of reporting and analysis. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Must hold an accounting degree from an acceptable university; A post graduate degree in banking or computational science and/or similar degree or certification e.g. chartered financial analyst |
| | (CFA), MBA, MA in financial engineering, or in portfolio and risk management will be an advantage |
| | - Must have a solid background and extensive knowledge in word processing, excel spread sheet preparation, flowcharting, and quantitative analytical skills at a superior reporting level; A good |
| | command of both written and oral english is essential and french is desirable |
| | - A minimum of 3 years experience in a financial and/or administration role at managerial level is required; Must be experienced in completing monthly and annual financial statements; Ability to lead |
