| | The Vanuatu Agriculture Development Bank requires a General Manager /CEO to implement the strategic goals and objectives of the Bank to enable the board to fulfill its governance functions. | | 1) Will give direction and leadership towards the achievement of the banks philosophy, mission strategy and its objectives contained in the General statements of General Business policies |
| | 2) Providing support operations and administration of the board |
| | 3) Program, product and service delivery |
| | 4) Financial, risk and resources management |
| | 5) Human Resource management |
| | 6) Community and public relations |
| | 7) Funding planning and implementation |
| | 8) Asset base development |
| | 9) Represent the bank in industry and professional associations, and promote the banks image within community groups. |
