Applications are invited for the position of Manager Human Resources with Air Vanuatu (Operations) Limited. The position will be based at Air Vanuatu House, Port Vila, Vanuatu. Duties and responsibilities:

1) Accurate Staff record keeping

2) Employment contract and staff KPI construction and delivery

3) Compliance and liaison with government departments.

Interested application must have the following:

Criteria:

- University qualified in one of the preferred fields of either business, business administration, human resources management, law and/or arts; Management experience working within a medium to large

business either in vanuatu or overseas

- Flexibility to work a variety of hours to suit business demands, including weekends when required; Thorough understanding and experience in staff training, succession planning and salary/payroll

management; Excellent oral, written and communication skills required; Current drivers licence and passport essential

- Must be able to provide police clearance and a medical report declaring fitness to undertake all appropriate duties.
