| | - Must possess a minimum of eight (8) years experience working in this capacity for 4-5 star international hotels or resorts; A proven record of working in a large international hotel or resort, maintaining high |
| | standards of production presentation and service through effective administration; proven record of competency in food & beverage management with sound administrative experience; Ability to train, |
| | evaluate and supervise staffs at all levels |
| | - Have a strong fiscal responsibility and background; Must have the ability to manage F&B operations across various properties and align standards accordingly; Self motivated individual who takes the |
| | initiative and responsibility for his/her own department and financial results; Purchasing and cost control background preferred |
| | - Possess skills in food production and presentation at kitchen level supervision assessment/developing service at outlet level management; A decisive leader who builds team spirit and produces good results |
