| | Warwick Le Lagon Resort Vanuatu is one of the premier hotels in Vanuatu and a member of Warwick International Hotels, which has over 45 hotels, resorts and spas worldwide in prestigious locations including Europe, USA, Asia, Africa and the Pacific. |
| | We are seeking a candidate who will ideally be a CIMA or ACCA partially qualified accountant or currently study towards either qualification. You would be able demonstrate the ability to think laterally and solve problems. |

| | Working closely with the Financial Controller in the day-to-day financial administrative aspects of the department and company’s operations. The Key responsibilities will include: |
| | - Assist with timely and accurate production of monthly financial information, statements, cash flows, revenue forecasts, and budget; |
| | - Ensure highly effective reporting delivery to support General Manager and Senior Management team; |
| | - Monitor all management accounts and control systems and processing payroll in conjunction with human resources to ensure the delivery of high performance finance function within the business; |
| | - Maintenance of the general ledger, revenue, receivables, payables, stock control and payroll systems; |
| | - Assist with Cost control, cash flow management and compliance with regulatory requirements; |

| | Criteria: |
| | - Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an accounting field |
| | - Excellent Management, organizational and communication skills are essential with strong PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook |
| | - Experience of PMS and POS, as well as MYOP Reporting would be beneficial as well as good payroll software knowledge |
