Job Description:

The ministry of cooperatives and ni-vanuatu business development wishes to recruit for the department of cooperatives and qualified and experienced person for the post of administration officer torba. The administration is to provide leadership, efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support services for the provincial office. The office of the corporate

services at the ministry of trade and cooperative will provide any person with information package containing details of the above vacancy including duties and responsibilities and reporting arrangements. Further information including the provision of an information kit for person interested in applying for this position can be obtained from the human resource

officer at the ministry of trade. Both male and female are encouraged to apply.

Interested applicant must have the following requirements:


- 3-5 years experience in the field of admin, business, finance and other related areas; Business and admin studies; Computing skills; Analytical skills; Customer services; Diploma or certificate

- Open minded, creative, practical and always strife for excellence; Punctual, respect, honest active, cooperative, supportive; Shows commitment; Ability to work under pressure; Must have leadership skills;

Good interpersonal skills

- Spoken english or french and bislama.
