Job Description:

We are looking for any suitable candidate to fill in the above position.

Interested applicant must have the following requirements:


- Qualified for the above mentioned position; Have previously held a suitable qualification senior role/position for at least 5 years; Proven record in a similar position as a airline catering manager or business

owner; Demonstrated ability in multi tasking and strictly adhering to operational budget performance and setting new targets; Proven record in menu creation, implementation and the monitoring of quality

and service standards

- Ability to negotiate contracts with suppliers and catering; Creative and energetic team player with a good understanding of Vanuatu; Ability to recruit, train, motivate and supervise catering department Staff;

Hold a current auditors certificate and ensure health and safety regulations are strictly applied; Passport and drivers licence essential

- Excellent oral, written, communication skills; Computer skills required; Must be able to provide police clearance and a medical report declaring fit for all duties; Ability to handle stressful situations and

problem resolving without comprising standards; Ability to work a seven (7) day rotating shift roster.
