| | Criteria: |
| | - Diploma / degree in a field related to development and / or management experience in field research |
| | - At least two years proven experience with the logical framework approach and other strategies planning approach and M&E methods and approaches (including qualitiative, quantative and participatory) |
| | - Clear understanding of workings of major donors and ability to develop the overall framework for project in accordance to Worl Vision Vanuatu LEAP requirements, for example annual project reviews, |
| | participatory impact assessments, process monitoring, operations monitoring and lessons learned wokshops |
| | - Ability to organise and undertake trainings with stakeholders, including primary stakeholders in M&E skills and ability to work with staff and implementing partners on quantitative monitoring to provide |
| | relevant information for monitoring and evaluation of project activities, effects and impacts |
| | - Bislama and English communications (oral and written) and ability to work in and contribute to team building environment |
