Mangoes Resort and Restaurant in Port Vila offers 29 beautifully appointed boutique bungalows. The property is set high on a clifftop, surrounded by palm trees, tropical fruit, and flowers, and features stunning views of the sparkling waters of the South Pacific lagoon.
Job Desctiption:
Mangoes Resort is currently seeking an Executive Chef to run all Operations in relation to the Restaurant. The live on-site position will encompass staffing, HR, food costs, menu design & development, front of house training as well as training the next generation of younger chefs to lead the team.
Selection Criteria:
This will be live on resort role, international experience in at least 2 other countries preferred.
