Job Desctiption:
Interested candidates for the above position must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as Resort Manager / Hotel Manager and must have the following attributes:
• Manage the day to day operation of the Resort
• Develop programs and initiatives to increase team engagement
• Analyze Financials to drive revenues and future profitability
• Drive improvement in Guest satisfaction goals
• Develop and carry out action plans related to the Resort operation
• Perform other duties as assigned
