Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
We are inviting applications for the position of Receptionist Officer to join the Vanuatu National Provident Fund. The Receptionist Officer will ensure to greet all incoming calls from members and help them with directions or any appropriate information that members need while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
This position reports to the Team Leader Administration.
Selection Criteria:
We are seeking applicants with minimum tertiary education in Management and Business Administration or other fields related to the position. The candidate must have at least three (3) year's working experience in a similar role with good customer service skills.
