Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
This position is responsible to oversee all investigation tasks and auditing employer records, follow up on non-compliant contributors, inspect and ensure timely collection of arrears contributions for members.
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications:
• Degree in economic management and public administration, or any other related business studies;
• Extensive experience in problem solving;
• Decision making skills; and
• Investigation skills.
Experience:
• At least 3 years or more working experience as an Inspection Officer or other fields related to the position.
