Job Desctiption:
The Building Surveyor will;
Spend time in the field at properties and also in the office
Will travel to Santo and other islands
Will sketch buildings on a property and identify the components such as living space or porch areas
Will complete a site sketch to position the buildings to the boundaries, other buildings
Upload the site sketches to our platform to allow remote drafters to complete the detailed drawings
Provide instructions for the drafter to complete the cad drawings through a systemized workflow process
Selection Criteria:
Able to measure buildings
Able to sketch a building floor plan
Use a tape measure, and a lazer
Drive a vehicle
Not be afraid of dogs
Read building plans
Use a tablet / smart phone with apps
Building knowledge - construction techniques
Follow a systemised process
Salary:
VUV 1,100,000 - VUV 2,000,000 per annum
