Job Desctiption:
We are pleased to advertise the position of three (3) Loan Officers within the MFSL Department. Applications are invited for suitable trained and skilled individuals who want to be part of an organization that offers opportunities for advancement in a demanding, professional, customer-focused and dynamic environment.
Selection Criteria:
Key outcomes:
• Verifying Loan Assessment and Appraisal
• Ensure Loan Documentation and processing are properly signed by MFSL Customers
• Ensure effective Loan Payment Instruments made without delay
• Reconcile receipts and refund processing
• Review Loan accounts
• Endorse Reconciliation process submitted
• Provide good and timely Customer service
• Conduct Marketing of Loan
• Ensure all withdrawals are paid
• Submitting Report on time
Key Attributes and requirements:
• Have knowledge in Computing and Accounting software skills
• Must be a Team player
• Management skills
• Must have experience in loans management environment
• Provide good customer service skills
• Be a practical thinker
• Must have good interpersonal skills open communication with employees/ employers
• Must be trustworthy
We are requesting applicants with a Diploma or Degree in Finance Accounting and Business management with 3 years' experience in loan financial role with good understanding of lending processes.
