Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the VNPF Act [CAP. 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
We currently have an opportunity for a Team Leader Property to join the Fund.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Finance, Investment and Properties, the position will enable the successful incumbent to lead and co-ordinate all activities within the Property Department with the aim to deliver investment objectives of the Fund.
Key outcomes:
• Manage all aspects of properties and ensure it is value added.
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
• Manage all property maintenance to meet required standards
• Develop and review the property policies and procedures and ensure its implementation.
• Leading a team of motivated, competent and well trained staff by managing accountabilities and standards of performance
• Ensure the department has all the financial resources required for effective operations
• Produce timely reports to the Executive Manager Investment, Finance and Properties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.

Selection Criteria:
We are requesting applicants with a Bachelor Degree in real Estate, Property Management and Business Administration or other related disciplines relevant to position, with 4 years working experience in Real Estate and Property Administration or similar role with demonstrated success in property management.
