Duties:
* Preparing Pizza & Pasta dishes from base ingredients
* Assisting with the preparation of other various dishes as required
* Garnishing orders as they are received in accordance with menu specifications
* Ensuring correct plate presentation
* Maintaining required standards in all areas of the kitchen at all times
Selection Criteria:
* Previous experience of preparing Pizza & Pasta dishes from base ingredients a distinct advantage
* 2-years Experience as a Chef
* A genuine passion for working with food
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
* Must be a team player and have a motivating and inspiring attitude!
