Qualification: Bachelors
degree
Special Business Education: Advanced degree in IWRM (Hydrology/ Hydro-geology) or Public Admin & Management or Project Management Experience: 10 years technical experience at a senior project management level with good communication skills, water supply engineering & managerial experience Special skills: High skills level in Microsoft Word suite, good communication skills, Valid driver’s license. Thinking style: Creative, leadership capability, coordination & monitoring skills Communication/ Interpersonal skills: Negotiation, ability to relate well to others, able to share information and experiences Behavioural competencies: Mature personality, able to develop good working relationships Language: Bislama and English or French |
