Job Description

Tour Guide Assistant Manager:
- Must have outgoing personality; - Very good customer service skills; - Able to work on weekends; and - Have good experience in Tour guide • Previous experience in tourism is required, also ability to supervise staff. • Driver's license, Attention to detail with accommodation checks, Computer skills in Excel and Word, filing and record-keeping, general tasks as assigned. • Guest relations and tour-desk work is an important part of the job. |
Selection Criteria

- 3 to 5 years experience
as Tour Guide in a reputable company
- Able to supervise the staff - Honest and reliable - Fluent in Japanese and English |
