The Moorings Hotel, Port Vila is seeking to hire 1 (one) experience chef.

Criteria: Previous experience of at least 3 - 5 years working in a busy kitchen  Have to be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene Should be confident within all sections in a kitchen operations Possess good interpersonal skills Be very good customer focused Have a good understanding of food cost control Be able to prepare all food item to order, following standard recipes and procedures with specific time limits Be able to do preps for BBQ and prepped foods to order and requested temperature Be a team player and work well under pressure Be a Vanuatu citizen currently living in Port Vila.
