We are looking for an experienced individual to join our wonderful team at Libation Trading.
Roles
- Greeting Customers, helping with inquiries and
processing sales on a computer based retail system (MYOB)
- Answering telephone and replying to emails, receiving and processing orders.
- Accurate entering, picking, packing and dispatch of orders/sales/deliveries
- Stocking shop shelves with product and preparing re-order/stock sheets
- Basic cleaning of shop and shelves, sweeping floor etc.
Criteria:
- Must have excellent English reading, writing
skills and basic mathematical ability.
- Must have experience with computer/accounting entry (MYOB or similar).
- Must have excellent customer and communication skills
- Must be reliable and work without constant supervision
- Must have clean and continuous work history with no record of theft and a
reliable attendance record.
- Ideally you will currently be working in a duty free or similar store and have
experience processing sales on a computer our using ASYCUDA.
- You will have some restaurant/bar hospitality experience where you will have
picked up good working product knowledge of wine, beer and spirits.
