Breakas Beach Resort operates one of Port Vila's busiest restaurants and requires a new Bakery/Desert Chef. An excellent opportunity with great salary and benefits to work with a good team.
  • Plan Desserts À la carte Menu and special functions
  • Ensures that high standards of sanitation cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout baker/dessert section at all times
  • Develops standard recipes and techniques for modern dessert preparation and presentation which help to assure consistently high quality
  • Experience in stock rotation and prevention wastage
  • Great salary & benefits.
Position Open to Ni-Vanuatu candidates.

Criteria: 
  • Qualifications: Qualified Pastry/Dessert chef with certificate 3 in professional cookery or higher
  • Minimum 4 years experience
  • First Aid & bakery section stock control.
