Job Description:

"Assist the executive chef in menu preparation

Conduct continuous training for junior cook

Orgnise preparation for a la carte menu as well as banquet menu

Be a able to work on Salad section, hot section as well as pastry section "



Applicant Should demonstrate the following:

Criteria:

• Previous experience of at least 3 - 5 years and relevant qualification in food preparation and kitchen work in a hotel;

• Have to be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene;

• Should be confident within all sections in kitchen operations;

• Possess good interpersonal skills;

• Be very customer focused;

• Be a team player and work well under pressure;

Salary:

A good salary will be offered to the right candidate.
