| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures |
| | 2) Read blueprints, drawing and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks and waste and drainage systems |
| | 3) Plan, install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls |
| | 4) Maintain all building codes, installation requirements and relevant legislation. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Certificate in plumbing from a recognized and accredited post-secondary institution; Minimum qualification Yr12 certificate |
| | - Over 5 years experience in plumbing; Effective oral and communication skills in English and Bislama, French is an advantage |
| | - Trusty, reliable, punctual; Ability to work as a team member and the capacity to follow procedures |
| | - Ability to work effectively under pressure; Physically to work |
| | - Be prepared ot work outside normal working hours when needed. |
