| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Responsible for ensuring our overall country program is developed, monitored, evaluated and reported on based on good practice and continuous improvement |
| | 2) It involves supporting program managers and our partner organisations in the design, M&E and reporting of their work and being able to identify and articulate the impact achieved. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Experience in design, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of programs; Demonstrated experience and up-to-date knowledge of monitoring, evaluation and learning approached and tools and in |
| | utilising participatory methods |
| | - Experience and knowledge of using program management systems; Expertise and experience in a wide range of organizational and individual capacity development approaches |
| | - Qualifications or skills in a relevant technical discipline (public health, youth issues, gender) or equivalent sustainable experience |
| | - Experience in the management of donor contracts/funding an advantage; Proven analytical skills and extensive experience in developing a range communications including donor reports, case |
| | studies, video etc |
| | - Fluency in spoken and written English is essential. |
