| | The Climate Change program implemented by Vanuatu Rural Development & Training Center Association (VRDTCA) is a joint project set up by a range of humanitarian actors, includes NGO, NDMO and coordinated by Oxfam International. |

| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Will meet all dateline to implement all activities and reporting as outline in the project working closely with Program Manager and staff of VRDTCA |
| | 2) Will base at the VRDTCA office and expected to travel to project site. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Experience in working on disaster management other project management; Experience in working in community development; Formal qualifications on or climate change development |
| | - Fluency in spoken and written English is essential; Computer literate; Strong project management, leadership and mentoring skills, and experience in working effectively across different stakeholders |
| | - Have good health background with experience and knowledge in working with WASH and CLTC components with the rural communities |
| | - Ability to work collaboratively; Able to travel to outer island of Vanuatu; Good public presentation skills |
| | - Have a good report writing skills. |
