| | To manage and animate the TVL distribution networks (Master dealers, dealers…) in order to achieve the sales objectives. |

| | - Master degree level in business (or related field); Proven ability and minimum 3 years experience in successfully setting up and managing a sales distribution network (direct and indirect); Proven |
| | ability to provide both strategic oversight of commercial matters as well as hands on condribution to financial processes and reporting |
| | - Proven track record in change management and the delivery of process and systems improvements; Highly performance and delivery oriented mindset; Highly developed verbal and written |
| | communication skills |
| | - Demonstrable success in staff development and mentoring; Experience in telecommunications industry (fixed, mobile, internet) and/or demonstrable aptitude for learning. |
