World Vision Vanuatu I seeking to recruit for its program office in Port Vila the position of Senior Finance Manager. Job description will only be provided to short listed candidates |
| | by request, and va be collected at the world vision office in Port Vila – opposite saralana stage. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Supervise the work of finance section and support the country program manager in all its programs |
| | 2) Ensures that the world vision financial policies and procedures are followed regularly |
| | 3) To ensure high quality and timelines of financial report of projects & program office |
| | 4) To support the strategic plan of world vision pacific development group |
| | 5) Has the capacity to keep control of projects expenditures against approved budgets |
| | 6) Able to monitor-world vision fixed assets, payroll, other financial report & other duties as directed by country program manager. |
| | Interested applicant must have the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Obtain a diploma in accounting; Have at least 5 years experience in the field of accounting/finance; Very good experience in bank reconciliation & financial statement preparation |
| | - Must be computer literate (able to use sun systems), & have good communication skills; Has the capacity to supervise other staff under his/her responsibility. |
